JUROR—NEIL R. DREIBELBIS, ARTIST/PHOTOGRAPHER
A native of Pennsylvania, a graduate of Kutztown University, studied on the graduate level at Skidmore College, Art Students League in New York City, Western Michigan University, the International Art & Music Workshop in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the University of Alaska. He has been the recipient of numerous scholarships and has taught not only in this country but in England, France, Mexico, Greece, Egypt and Italy.
Neil states his work is based on emotions, feelings, and personal reactions to experiences. Another influence he finds to be a counter balance in his work is the rapid changes in technology. Although his present work is abstract in subject, he retains an understanding appreciation of all fields of artistic endeavors. His work appears in many private and corporate collections including the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art.

ENTRY FEES
A $28.00 non-refundable entry fee (US funds only) must accompany slides. Make checks payable to: SPCA. SLIDE ENTRIES
Each artist may submit three entries. For two dimensional work, submit one slide per piece. For three dimension work or sculpture, four slides per piece, showing all sides, may be submitted. Slides must be 35mm and in color. Glass or over-sized slides will not be accepted.

Slides must be labeled

Artist’s name, Title, “Top,” image size (H” x W”), medium and an indicator to mark the bottom left corner. Ensure that only the entered piece is visible, with all other objects cropped out of the slide with silver mylar photo-masking tape. Only one piece from the three submitted by each artist can be juried into the exhibit. The quality of your slides is important. An under or overexposed image may affect the juror’s decision.
